Frequently Asked Questions

Do you test your products on animals?

Rest assured we do not test any of our products on animals.

If you do not put dyes in your products, what are the colors from?

Some of the ingredients we use have a natural color to them which affect the color of the final product. No artificial dyes are added to our formulations.

How do the Ageless AM and Ageless PM work together?

The Ageless AM is your protectant from collagen breakdown. It has toner, deep moisturizer, antioxidants, sun protectants to help with free radical damage to the skin. The Ageless PM is a collagen booster. It has retinol and bio-peptides that boost collagen production and help with the fine lines and wrinkles and l-carnosine that stops collagen breakdown. Used together, the Ageless AM & PM will give you the protection you need from environmental agents and combat the wrinkles and lines.

Do I need to wear sunscreen with your products?

We always recommend using a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. The Ageless AM and Ageless Deep Moisture AM have sun protectant qualities, but we still recommend adding additional sunscreen to your regimen especially when using products that contain alpha hydroxy acids and retinol.

What is collagen?

Collagen is a protein found in connective tissues of the body. In the skin, collagen acts like a filler making the skin look plump and full. It is also responsible for giving the skin strength and elasticity and supporting the blood vessels. Collagen is very susceptible to free radical damage such as UV rays, pollution, and smoke. Low collagen results in wrinkled and sagging skin. In anti-aging skincare, maximizing collagen production and minimizing its breakdown is key to a youthful appearance and feel to the skin.

What is Elastin?

Elastin is a protein found in the skin. It keeps the skin flexible but tight. With enough elastin, the skin will stretch with normal movement, but go back into its original shape. As elastin depletes with age, the skin looks loose and stretched out. Like collagen, with anti-aging skincare, maximizing elastin production and minimizing its breakdown will help the skin look smooth, tight and young.
